About the role

Responsible for managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Manage financial risk through monitoring and implementing appropriate controls
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor adherence to budget targets
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with financial modeling software such as Excel and financial management systems

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
