Proposal Content Specialist

About the Role

Weaver, a national accounting, advisory, and consulting firm, is seeking a Proposal Content Specialist to produce, organize, and maintain compelling content for winning proposals and client-facing materials. This role involves developing pursuit deliverable content that highlights Weaver’s services, industries, expertise, and culture. The specialist will also manage the proposal team’s content library, update staff biographies, and create pitch deck templates.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit deliverable content that articulates Weaver’s services, industries, knowledge, and culture.
• Compile and manage ongoing updates to the proposal team’s content library.
• Create and update staff biographies.
• Design and maintain pitch deck templates.
• Interview executives and technical staff to translate complex information into clear, persuasive communications.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and address roadblocks proactively.
• Tackle new projects and challenges with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional writing and communications experience.
• 1+ year of exposure to proposal writing preferred.
• Experience with page layout.
• Ability to conceptualize infographics and other design elements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing in PowerPoint.
