About the role

MGT is a leading provider of technology and advisory solutions for state, local, and education government agencies (SLED). The Proposal Compliance Coordinator supports the company's proposal development process, ensuring materials are accurate, organized, compliant, and completed on time.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate proposal compliance activities including tracking deadlines, requirements, and submission materials.
  • Maintain proposal trackers, checklists, and workflow visibility across teams.
  • Organize and manage files within SharePoint and Teams, ensuring version control and accuracy.
  • Complete government forms and maintain company registrations and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor procurement portals for updates, deadlines, and opportunities.
  • Support document formatting, PDF preparation, and submission readiness.
  • Communicate updates and route information to appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with document management and workflow coordination.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience using SharePoint, Teams, or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in proposal coordination, compliance, or administrative operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
