The Compliance Coordinator manages overall quality improvement activities that produce more efficient operations and higher quality care to the children assigned to the residential treatment program. Implements strategies and plans for a quality improvement function within the program in collaboration with the administrative and clinical leaders. Tracks and presents results of improvement efforts and ongoing measures of clinical processes to management. The Compliance Coordinator will focus on compliance with licensing and contractual regulations, oversee incident reporting protocols and corrective measures, and ensure compliance with outside agency reporting in a timely manner.

Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred)
- 4 years experience in auditing and regulatory compliance OR Bachelor's degree and one year of experience
- Experience with state specific Medicaid procedures
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Pay
Starting at $55,000/year, based on education and experience.
