Job Description
You will be the Proposal Analyst Manager for the Global Supply Chain. Our team is responsible for leading proposal efforts for PAC‑3, ensuring compliant and complete proposals covering labor, travel, and material.
What You Will Be Doing
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Lead a team of proposal analysts to develop high-quality proposals.
- Ensure proposals comply with all requirements and contain accurate labor, travel, and material data.
- Capture necessary information from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Review and approve final proposal submissions for completeness and compliance.
- Represent the GSC team in proposal reviews and client interactions.

The position is in Dallas. Discover more about our Dallas, Texas location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Desired Skills include:
- Understanding of defense proposal process related FAR/DFAR and TINA
- Experience in supply chain managing suppliers and/or strong understanding of the procurement process
- Strategic thinker that can adapt to the evolving government acquisition environment

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
