About the role
JVM Realty is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at Wrenfield at Pleasant View, a luxury multi-family property in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, drive occupancy, and support both the team and residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop on-site team members.
- Drive occupancy and retention through effective leasing and marketing strategies.
- Prepare, manage, and adhere to the community’s operating budget.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and safety regulations.
- Handle resident concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Partner with corporate leadership on reporting, financials, and long-term planning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of multi-family property management experience.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing practices, and property operations.
- Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, etc.).
- Strong financial acumen with budget and reporting experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
