Property Manager – Tulsa, OK

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for customer service, team development, leasing, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment community
• Lead, coach, and develop the onsite team
• Drive leasing, occupancy, and resident retention
• Manage rent collections and delinquency
• Prepare and monitor budgets and financial reports
• Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all applicable regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

Requirements

• Previous multifamily property management experience required
• Strong leasing, collections, and resident relations experience
• Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team and achieve occupancy and financial goals
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
