Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property administration, marketing, and leasing activities
• Ensure the property meets or exceeds financial performance targets and ownership objectives
• Manage asset preservation and personnel effectively
• Build a culture of adaptability and resilience among residents and staff
• Drive innovation and accountability within the property management team

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills and experience in property management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with residents and vendors
• Experience managing multi-family properties
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of property management software and systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation preferred
