Property Manager - St. Paul (Part-time) 15-20 Hrs./Week

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs and external vendors
• Ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for tenants
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants
• Address tenants' needs and concerns promptly
• Implement customer service initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and community engagement
• Maintain accurate records related to property management
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management
• Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Experience with Yardi property management software
• Able to carry and respond to an on-call phone
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external partners
