Qualifications Minimum of three years’ experience as a residential Property Manager requiredPrior supervisory experience, including hiring, team training and coaching, and budget managementStrong working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, including Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and property management/accounting softwareStrong understanding of property financials and the ability to effectively balance income and expenses to achieve the best overall resultsProven experience improving occupancy and property performance, preferably in an underperforming communityOccasional travel required Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged
