This is a leadership role responsible for occupancy, collections, team performance, and resident satisfaction. You will work closely with leasing and maintenance teams to protect and grow asset value.

• 2+ years multifamily property management experience
• Strong Fair Housing knowledge
• Leadership experience managing leasing and maintenance teams
• Budgeting and KPI management experience
• Organized, decisive, and performance-driven mindset

Schedule

Monday–Friday
On-call rotation required
Occasional evenings/weekends
