About the role

Join us as a Property Manager and lead a dynamic team in exceeding residents’ expectations of a place to call home. You will have full responsibility for daily operations, including oversight of the Service Manager and service team. The role involves managing staff performance, maintaining community standards, driving marketing and leasing effectiveness, ensuring resident retention and satisfaction, managing property financials, and maintaining lease documents and audit compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the property, including oversight of the Service Manager and service team.
• Lead and develop staff performance to foster accountability and trust.
• Maintain community standards to align with brand expectations.
• Drive marketing and leasing effectiveness to maximize occupancy.
• Enhance resident retention and satisfaction through high customer service standards.
• Manage property financials, including budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with lease documents and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Five to seven years of experience in multifamily property management, with one to three years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• For South Carolina and Washington, D.C. locations, Property Manager in Charge (PMIC) license required at hire or by the next professional examination and licensing opportunity.
