Property Manager (Lease-Up)

Responsibilities

• Support the property’s financial goals, manage the asset in the owners' best interest and in accordance with Company policies.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Consistently enforce policies of the community in conjunction with Fair Housing Laws.
• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on a timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.).
• Provide oversight of the team to ensure Company procedures are being followed, resulting in orderly and efficient workflows.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing principles.
• Minimum of 2 years onsite in the multifamily industry.
• LICHTC, PVD, and HUD experience required.
• Lease-Up experience strongly preferred.
• C competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
