Property Manager - D'Ville & Riverview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct property operations and staff efficiently.
• Develop and manage annual budgets to achieve financial objectives.
• Maintain occupancy levels and oversee all marketing and leasing activities.
• Hire, motivate, and develop staff, addressing any employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Supervise rent collection, bank deposits, and pursue delinquent rents.
• Foster positive resident relations and enforce community rules.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and landscaping activities.
• Collaborate with the Regional Supervisor to achieve budget goals.

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of property management experience.
• CAM, ARM, or similar certification recommended.
• Strong language skills to communicate effectively with staff and residents.
• Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office and property management software.

Qualifications
