Key Responsibilities

  • Own lease administration, budgeting, vendor contracts, and operational service delivery for assigned properties or campuses.
  • Lead capital planning and execution support for upgrades, compliance projects, and lifecycle improvements.
  • Manage performance of service providers; enforce SLAs, safety requirements, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain readiness for audits/inspections and ensure safety, security, and emergency preparedness plans are in place and practiced.
  • Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and issue escalation to site and regional stakeholders.
  • Cook with coordination with engineering and facilities teams to ensure property decisions support uptime, access control, and operational constraints.

Qualifications

  • Strong property management experience (Class A commercial or mission-critical preferred).
  • Comfort operating in regulated environments with strict documentation and vendor control.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong vendor/contract management, financial discipline, and communication.
  • High ownership and ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining compliance rigor.

Range and Benefits

  • Hiring Range in USD: $114,600 - $234,600 per year.
  • May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
