Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands-on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience.
This role is located at Bexley Stockyards in the Nashville/Germantown area (342 units, team of 10).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for escalated resident concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
- Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams while effectively delegating and mentoring
- Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage property projects and maintain community standards
- Oversee daily operations including leasing, resident relations, administrative tasks, property appearance, and key performance metrics
- Manage a high volume of requests from both residents and corporate, balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and care
Requirements
- Prior property management experience required
- Experience with Class A multifamily communities preferred

Pay
