About the role

This position trains under another manager until moving to your own property when available; the time frame can vary. We have several properties in the Nashville area and offer flexibility on placement.

Responsibilities

  • Work with prospects interested in our communities: answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments, and conduct tours.
  • Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, request security deposits, and secure lease signatures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing renewals, notices to vacate, early terminations, pet additions, transfers, and account questions.
  • Collaborate with maintenance: inspect apartments, monitor property needs, and follow up on work orders.
  • Create a great move-in experience for residents.
  • Process move-outs and security deposit dispositions.
  • Post rent payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Plan, prepare, and host resident activities.
  • Lead the team, assist with training, and help accomplish goals.
  • Support the Property Manager as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a management role with experience leading a team.

Pay

Competitive hourly rates starting at $26/hr based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses.

Schedule

Weekdays 9 AM–6 PM, Saturdays 9 AM–5 PM (rotating schedule with the team), Sundays closed.
