About the role
Responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties
- Manage maintenance and repairs to ensure property conditions are maintained
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and tenant satisfaction
- Handle tenant complaints and disputes in a professional manner
- Prepare and submit financial reports and budgets for each property
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of property management software (optional)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
