Property Manager Condominiums
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensures efficient operation of condominium communities within established guidelines.
- Provides superior customer service to residents, condominium owners/board members.
- Drafts and completes annual budgets following both company and client guidelines.
- Prepares monthly board packages, attends monthly meetings, and completes requested action items between board meetings.
- Works with subcontractors to maintain the properties.
- Provides administrative support for the properties.
- Responds to resident requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Effectively utilizes all company software (Vantaca) for storage, processing work orders, vendor contracts, meeting minutes, board packages, unit owner communication, as well as software for invoice processing.
- Completes weekly site visits to all properties within the assigned portfolio.
Requirements
- Excellent resident relations skills.
- Understanding of condo documents and association by-laws.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior proven leadership skills & ability to take initiative.
- Superior judgment and decision-making skills.
- 2 - 5 + years of experience in condominium management.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience with Vantaca preferred.
- Experience with capital project management.

About the Role
This position involves managing properties in Arlington, Watertown, and Cambridge, with an expectation of spending 1 day in Arlington, 1 day in Watertown, and 3 days in Cambridge. The ideal candidate should have previous condominium management experience and familiarity with condominium boards.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and have 2 - 5+ years of experience in condominium management. Prior experience with Vantaca and capital project management is preferred.

Proficiency in Vantaca and strong leadership and decision-making skills are essential for this role.
