Duties
- Aid in implementing Board policy and directives.
- Collaborate with the Board on strategic initiatives, policy governance, and association projects.
- Welcoming and greeting homeowners, residents, Board members, maintenance vendors, and contractors.
- Researching and responding to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
- Activating and issuing pool passes, parking passes, and key FOBS.
- Entering and updating information in the database; recording and tracking documents and information.
- Managing correspondence including mass emails, mail, and flyers; keeping homeowners informed about community news, maintenance projects, HOA rules, violations, and delinquencies.
- Scheduling and coordinating homeowner move-ins, move-outs, and Board meetings.
- Assisting with maintenance requests and work orders; scheduling and coordinating maintenance vendors and contractors.
- Assisting homeowners with architectural review forms and following up on the Board's decisions.
- Processing invoices, researching homeowner accounts, and managing delinquencies.
- Supporting other projects as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a front desk admin, office assistant, clerical support, or leasing assistant.
- Preferred experience in community association or multifamily industry.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), and conflict resolution techniques.
- Effective project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pay
$28-$34 an hour.
