Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the management of a portfolio of properties. This role includes preparing and implementing operating budgets, evaluating budget performance, managing tenant improvements, coordinating capital improvements, overseeing maintenance and repair projects, and interfacing with various departments and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement operating budgets

• Interface with leasing, development, accounting, construction, and finance departments
• Interface with third-party vendors

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a retail commercial property manager
• Experience in commercial facility maintenance and property management accounting
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• A professional designation such as CSM, CPM, or CCIM is preferred
• Regular travel required
• Embraces a technology-forward mindset with strong curiosity for merging tools, AI in particular

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be a creative problem solver.
