About the role

JLL is seeking a Property Manager to join their growing Industrial Property Management team in Denver, CO. The position supports an Institutional client/portfolio and involves property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an experiential approach to guide a differentiated property management experience
  • Support the growth of the business by integrating and synergizing with existing teams
  • Develop and train team members for advancement
  • Manage industry-changing properties
  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service to clients and tenants
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports, manage TI and/or capital improvement projects, and develop staff
  • Communicate effectively with building owners and tenants to maintain a successful relationship
  • Create strategic and collaborative solutions
  • Contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices
  • Embrace the human side of business by understanding and addressing the needs, perspectives, and motivations of clients and team members
  • Build and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization and external clients
  • Use technology to drive change and improve efficiency
  • Act decisively, manage time effectively, and contribute to a diverse, supportive, and talented team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience, preferably in one of the following: office, retail, industrial, healthcare
  • Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other financial reports
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
  • COR Real Estate License required within 120 days
  • Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI
