Commercial Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
• Develop and implement property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports.
• Cook up and execute property maintenance schedules, coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and repairs are completed promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and compliance with lease terms.
• Assist in marketing vacancies and attracting new tenants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, lease administration, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Must hold a valid Michigan Real Estate License.
