Commercial Property Manager

About the Role

Corporate Tools in Post Falls, Idaho is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our growing team and help manage our commercial properties across all 50 states. You'll keep them running smoothly, tackle problems before they become expensive, and make sure our properties are ready for whatever comes next. Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day property management responsibilities for a portfolio of office properties across the US
• Vendor, contractor, and tenant management
• Negotiating contracts
• Work with leasing agents
• Maintain comprehensive property files, keeping them organized and up-to-date
• Assist with sourcing potential real estate opportunities via research on multiple listing sites and engaging with brokers throughout the USA
• Handle any remodeling, disaster projects, and ensure the cleanliness of all our properties
• Potential to travel 20 percent

Requirements

• Previous experience in managing commercial properties including experience with operational issues such as operational emergencies or building renovation
• You must understand how a building is put together
• Highly organized with proven experience managing multiple projects
• Previous experience with commercial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Previous contract management experience
• Experience with commercial leases (you understand terms like CAM/OP Ex/Additional Rent)
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions (you know terms like rent roll and cap rate)
• Willingness to travel up to 20 percent when needed

Pay

$80,000 / year
