Corporate Tools in Post Falls, Idaho is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our growing team and help manage our commercial properties across all 50 states. We own a lot of buildings, and they all have a habit of needing attention. You'll keep them running smoothly, tackle problems before they become expensive, and make sure our properties are ready for whatever comes next. You understand terms like CAM/OP Ex/Additional RentExperience with commercial real estate transactions. You know terms like rent roll and cap rateWIllingness to travel up to 20 percent when needed Why Work Here:You enjoy buildings done well.
