About the role

Corporate Tools in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day property management responsibilities for a portfolio of office properties across the US.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day property management responsibilities for a portfolio of office properties across the US
  • Vendor, contractor and tenant management
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Working with leasing agents
  • Maintain comprehensive property files, keeping them organized and up-to-date
  • Auxiliary tasks such as sourcing potential real estate opportunities, handling remodeling and disaster projects, and maintaining the cleanliness of all properties
  • Potential to travel 20 percent

Requirements

  • Previous experience in managing commercial properties including experience with operational issues such as operational emergencies or building renovation
  • Must understand how a building is put together
  • Highly organized with proven experience managing multiple projects
  • Previous experience with commercial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc
  • Previous contract management experience
  • Experience with commercial leases. You understand terms like CAM/OP Ex/Additional Rent
  • Experience with commercial real estate transactions. You know terms like rent roll and cap rate
  • Willingness to travel up to 20 percent when needed
