Property Manager

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the daily operations of a luxury apartment community.
• Develop and manage operating budgets while driving NOI and overall financial performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop leasing, maintenance, and onsite team members.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, resident services, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Monitor occupancy, collections, and expense control to achieve property goals.
• Build strong relationships with residents while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and operational procedures.
• Analyze property performance and prepare financial and operational reports.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement business strategies and operational improvements.

What It Takes

• 3–5+ years of residential property management experience.
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating onsite teams.
• Strong budgeting experience with a proven ability to improve NOI.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with OneSite, YieldStar, Lead2Lease, Compliance Depot, or similar property management software preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
