What You’ll Do

  • Drive Performance
  • Achieve and exceed leasing & occupancy goals
  • Maximize renewal capture and resident retention
  • Manage delinquency and actively pursue collections
  • Identify opportunities to increase income, reduce expenses, and grow NOI
  • Manage your property within budget and financial guidelines
  • Oversee maintenance operations
  • Process invoices and ensure timely financial operations
  • Lead & Develop Your Team
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site team members
  • Carry out team meetings, performance check-ins, and training sessions
  • Drive accountability and adherence to Monarch standards and processes
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture

Who Thrives Here

  • 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • Experience leading and developing teams (3+ employees preferred)
  • Strong understanding of leasing, collections, and property operations

  • $58,000 - $63,000 year salary
