About the role
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring property maintenance and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure property maintenance and safety standards are met.
- Handle tenant issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of property management software.
