We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse content. First, intro: "PROPERTY MANAGER – LEAD THE WAY HOME ..." Not a heading. Then description: "Are you a natural leader..." That's about the role. Could be About the role. Then "What You’ll Be Doing" list of duties: bullet points (Run the Show, Lead the Team, etc). That's Responsibilities. Then "What We Offer": bullet points: Leadership Role That Matters, Top-Tier Benefits, Time to Recharge, Tools to Succeed, Team That Has Your Back. That's Benefits. Then "What We’re Looking For": bullet points: Experienced Leader, Detail-Obsessed & Organized, Clear Communicator, Customer-Focused, Financially Savvy, Tech-Comfortable, Positive & Proactive. That's Skills/Requirements/Qualifications. We need to decide sections: maybe Requirements (experience) and Skills (abilities). Also Qualifications (education and experience). There's also "Qualifications Required Skills and Abilities" list after that. Then "Education And Experience". Then "Physical Requirements". Also "FLSA Status: Exempt". Also note about Paid Sick Leave etc. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO etc. Remove lines about Equal Opportunity Employer, etc. Also remove "Please note that this job description is not intended to be a comprehensive listing..." and "Two Coast Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "Apply now..." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to decide sections: - About the role: intro paragraph(s) before "What You’ll Be Doing". Could be first paragraph: "Are you a natural leader with a passion for people, performance, and properties that shine? If you know how to turn a building into a community and a team into a high-performing force, we want to meet you. As a Property Manager at Two Coast Living, you’ll be at the helm of one of our multifamily communities, leading daily operations, managing on-site teams, and delivering an exceptional living experience for residents..." We'll include that. - Responsibilities: the list under "What You’ll Be Doing". Each bullet is a sentence with dash? We'll output
  • each. - Benefits: under "What We Offer". Each bullet. - Skills: maybe combine "What We’re Looking For" bullet list as Skills. - Qualifications: includes "Education And Experience" bullet list? Actually it's a paragraph with requirements: Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience..., minimum of 4 years..., etc. Also "Qualifications Required Skills and Abilities" list (a bunch of bullet-like sentences). We could treat that as Qualifications. - Requirements: maybe we can separate experience requirements? But we have overlapping. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Qualifications and Requirements into one section? But we need headings only when there is real specific content. We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Benefits, Skills, Qualifications. That's five sections. Pay and Schedule: not provided specific numbers; only mention full-time, on-site, expected work hours: must work busiest days etc. That's schedule info. There's schedule details: "Expected work hours: Must work on the busiest days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and at least one Sunday a month) and on Holidays, during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly During high-traffic holiday periods, the position is scheduled according to Company standards; the supervisor must approve schedules". That's specific schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section. Pay: not mentioned specific salary, only "Top-Tier Benefits" etc. No pay amount. So we should NOT create Pay section because no specific pay info. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Benefits, Skills, Qualifications, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Now craft HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:

We need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed those lines. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. Check that we didn't include Pay section. Good. Check that we didn't include any placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The intro, responsibilities, benefits, skills, qualifications (education/experience, required skills/abilities), schedule (including work hours, travel, physical demands, FLSA). Also note about Paid Sick Leave etc is in Benefits (Time to Recharge). Also note about holiday pay eligibility etc is not included; we omitted that because it's in the boilerplate after "What We Offer"? Actually after "What We Offer" there is a note: "*Tools to Succeed – Training, support, and technology to help you and your team thrive.A Team That Has Your Back – Collaborate with supportive regional leaders and cross-functional teams across the company. What We’re Looking For ..." then later: "The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate. To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday." That's substantive info about sick leave and holiday pay eligibility. We missed that. Should include in Benefits maybe. The Benefits section currently includes "Time to Recharge – 40 hours of vacation in your first year, plus paid sick leave (based on location) and paid holidays." That's from the bullet. But we need to add the specifics: "The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate. To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the
