As a Property Manager at Two Coast Living, you’ll be at the helm of one of our multifamily communities, leading daily operations, managing on-site teams, and delivering an exceptional living experience for residents. You’ll own the numbers, the experience, and the culture, all while driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations, from leasing and resident relations to work orders and vendor coordination.
- Hire, train, schedule, and support your on-site leasing and maintenance teams—creating a positive culture where great work happens.
- Work with your team and marketing partners to promote your property, attract new residents, and renew existing leases.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection stays on track.
- Serve as the go-to contact for your community, resolving concerns, welcoming new residents, and creating a place people are proud to call home.
- Conduct regular property inspections, support unit readiness, and oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements.
- Submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll/commissions, and stay compliant with all local, state, and federal requirements.
- Engage with your local apartment association, keep up with competitors, and build a strong reputation in the community.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience and 2+ years leading a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to stay on top of deadlines, follow through on commitments, and prioritize effectively.
- Clear and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to making residents feel heard, valued, and supported.
- Financially savvy with experience managing rent rolls, budgets, reporting, and expense management.
- Comfortable using property management systems (e.g., Entrata), Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented leadership style.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience managing large multifamily real estate properties.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with general business and accounting concepts, including the ability to read, understand, and develop financial statements.
- High-school graduate-level mathematical proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license to operate company-owned vehicles or use your own vehicle for work.

Schedule
- Full-time, on-site leadership role.
- Must work on the busiest days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and at least one Sunday a month) and on holidays, during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly.
- During high-traffic holiday periods, schedules are set according to company standards (supervisor approval required).
- Occasional travel may be required for business, using a company or personal vehicle.
Physical Requirements
- General office environment with the ability to lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to move about the property to perform assigned tasks, including sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, and climbing stairs in various weather conditions and climates.
