About the role

Morristown Housing Authority is accepting applications for the Property Management Department.

Responsibilities

• carpentry
• plumbing
• electrical
• appliance repair
• building HVAC work
• performs landscaping duties
• prepares and paints vacant apartments for occupancy when necessary
• subject to being called out in the event of maintenance emergencies

Requirements

• High school diploma with considerable vocational craft training
• Minimum of three years’ experience in plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry and/or electrical repair
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license

Qualifications

Must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license and will be subject to background and drug screening.
