About the role

This busy real estate agency is looking to add a Property Management Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain files for properties, vendors, and tenants
  • Create property reports
  • Monitor correspondences
  • Track statements
  • Support lease reviews and audits

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience, commercial property management experience preferred, not required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Yardi or similar software preferred
  • College degree preferred

Qualifications

Proactive instincts, natural people skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
