About the role
This busy real estate agency is looking to add a Property Management Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain files for properties, vendors, and tenants
- Create property reports
- Monitor correspondences
- Track statements
- Support lease reviews and audits
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience, commercial property management experience preferred, not required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Yardi or similar software preferred
- College degree preferred
Qualifications
Proactive instincts, natural people skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
