What we are and what we do:
Gallagher & Mohan works exclusively within the real estate industry. Our mission is to provide financial analysis, marketing, and accounting support to our clients, which include real estate-focused private equity investors, developers, fund managers, brokers, and more. We are a natural extension of our client’s existing infrastructure. The types of transactions we currently work on range from multifamily apartment complexes to large office towers in the United States and European markets, and vary in value sizes from $10 million USD to $200 million+ USD.
What we are looking for:
- Track lease violations, non-payment cases, and other grounds for eviction; maintain an accurate case log with key dates and deadlines
- Prepare and serve required notices in compliance with state and local landlord-tenant law
- Cook up and coordinate with immediate supervisor and eviction attorneys during the process
- Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation for each case (notices, correspondence, payment history, photos, court filings)
- Prepare regular status reports on open, pending, and closed eviction cases for management
Job responsibilities:
- Maintain resident and lease files (digital and/or physical), ensuring records are current and compliant
- Assist with lease administration: renewals, amendments, and expirations tracking
- Support accounts receivable functions related to delinquency (rent ledgers, late notices, payment tracking)
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports as needed
- Support property management team with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in property management, legal administration, or a related administrative role (eviction/collections experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail, especially around deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language is a must for the role
- Skilled in productivity tools like Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Prior knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) will be a plus
You must have:
- Willingness to work in EST shift'

- 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills with clarity and professionalism.
- 💻 Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace/Excel
