About the role

Responsible for maintaining and restoring properties to meet client standards. Duties include exterior and interior cleaning, repairs, and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties
• Inspect properties for damage and document findings
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to address issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
• Prepare reports detailing property conditions and maintenance needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience in property maintenance or construction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

• First aid/CPR certification
