Main Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure proper IT integration of equipment systems with TOS and other operational technologies deployed.
- Ensure procurement and installation of operational technology components.
- Aim to establish a culture rooted in continuous improvement, leveraging key strategies and philosophies such as Lean Kaizen, 6Sigma, and others.
- Mentor Go-Live team to establish budgets, preventative maintenance schedules, procurement policies, repair task order logs to measure mechanic effectiveness.
REQUIRED / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
- ExperienceBe knowledgeable of equipment technology, terminology, various equipment types and repair techniques, all of which must conform to applicable TiL and local standards.
- Experience in the implementation of equipment and/or IT systems in large-scale projects.
- Experience with purchasing, cost accounting, and preparation of reports and applicable documentation.
- Minimum of seven or more years of related experience.
- Ability to manage and perform purchasing function for mid-to-large size organizations.
- Track record of ensuring high level of equipment performance and reliability to avoid disruptions to operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Requires effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills, as well as excellent managerial skills, including planning, organizing, and directing work.
- Supervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervise 2 – 150 direct employees (managers, supervisors, staff, and labor) and vendors as necessary.
