Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Maintenance Director
- Supervise and support the maintenance staff, ensuring efficient and competent service
- Conduct daily facility inspections
- Manage and adhere to maintenance budgets
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical equipment, including water heaters, HVAC units, kitchen equipment, etc.
- Perform or supervise various maintenance functions such as installations, carpentry, furnace and air conditioner repairs, plumbing and appliance repairs, drywall and painting repairs, minor roof repairs, and more
- Maintain control of maintenance storage and mechanical rooms
