Responsibilities

• Manage financial statements, ensuring accuracy
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties
• Prepare for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Hospitality experience and/or 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis

Pay

$100,000 – $115,000 base salary
