Sr. CNC Operater

3rd shift – 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM, $28–$34/hour

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Load programs, adjust machine settings, and perform tool changes.
• Monitor machining operations and inspect parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining issues, make program offsets/edits, and replace worn tooling as needed.
• Measure finished workpieces using precision inspection tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend machining best practices.
• Assist and support CNC operators and programmers.
• Follow all quality, safety, and ISO procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of CNC machining experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis equipment.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and CNC programming concepts.
• Ability to use computer-based manufacturing software.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to understand complex manufacturing processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

ITAR Requirement

This position requires access to export-controlled information. Candidates must meet U.S. Person status requirements under ITAR/EAR regulations (e.g., U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Pay

$28–$34 per hour
