About the role

Property Control/Surplus is seeking flexible and reliable employees for varied daily tasks, including picking up surplus furniture and equipment, cashiering, and customer service. This position requires working 20–29 hours per week, with mandatory presence in the shop on Mondays and Fridays. Other workdays are flexible.

Responsibilities

• Moving furniture and other surplus items
• Customer service and sales
• Processing computers and other assets
• Miscellaneous inventory functions

Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Valid Utah Driver’s License

Qualifications

Preference given to candidates with customer service and/or furniture moving experience.

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $13.50

Schedule

• 28 hours per week
• 12 months per year
• Shop hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday (mandatory Mondays and Fridays; other days flexible)
