We need to output only HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must include Pay and Schedule only if posting actually states them. The posting includes Salary Range $50,327.00 - $100,843.00 and mentions bonus eligibility. So Pay section should be included. Schedule? Not explicitly mentioned; maybe remote work, but no schedule details. So we should not include Schedule unless stated. Benefits are described. Responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities sections. Requirements: maybe qualifications? We have Qualifications section. Skills: maybe Capabilities Values etc. We need to decide which sections to include. We have content: - Position Summary (maybe About the role) - Duties and Responsibilities (Responsibilities) - Capabilities Values (Skills) - Qualifications (Qualifications) - Benefits (Benefits) - Salary Range (Pay) - Additional info: location, remote, territory, company car, etc. Could be part of About the role or Requirements. We must not duplicate. Also need to include "Position may be eligible for an annual bonus payment." under Pay. We must not include boilerplate like "At Erie Insurance, you’re not just part of a Fortune 500 company..." That's substantive? It's about company culture; could be part of About the role. Keep. We must remove duplicated lines: there are duplicated "Duties and Responsibilities" headings; we will combine. We must not include application instructions, video link? The video link maybe not needed; but it's not boilerplate; it's maybe extra but could be considered not essential. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The video link is not those; but it's maybe not essential. However we should preserve ALL substantive information; video link is not substantive to job? Might be considered extra but not required. Safer to keep? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; video link is not substantive to job duties; but it's not boilerplate. Might be okay to keep but could be considered filler. I'd omit it as not essential. Also we must not include "Tentative Program Start Date: 1/4/2027" etc. That's substantive about training program; could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. We'll include under About the role maybe. We need to format with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not output markdown fences. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

The selected candidate will ideally live in North Central WV - Doddridge, Harrison, Barbour, Tucker, Randolph, Webster, Braxton, Gilmer, Lewis, or Upshur Counties in WV and/or surrounding areas. That seems substantive.

    • Conduct investigations, interview insureds and witnesses, inspect damage and prepare estimates.
    • Evaluate and make recommendations regarding coverage of claims.

    • Participate on Catastrophe Team when required.
We might also include "Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function." Could add as responsibility. Add that as a bullet.

    Requirements

Maybe we can combine location and eligibility? But we have Qualifications separate. Requirements could be things like "Incumbent must live in territory assigned unless a change is approved by the company. Position requires incumbent to serve on catastrophe duty, which may include travel on short notice to other locations for periods in excess of two consecutive weeks." Also "Valid driver’s license and good driving record required." Also "Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required for this role." Physical requirements maybe under Requirements. Let's create Requirements section with bullets.

    Requirements

    • Incumbent must live in the assigned territory unless a change is approved by the company.
    • Position requires service on catastrophe duty, which may include travel on short notice to other locations for periods in excess of two consecutive weeks.
    • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
    • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required for this role.
    • Ability to move over 50 lbs using lifting aide equipment; Often (20‑50%).
    • Climbing/accessing heights; Rarely.
    • Driving; Frequent (50‑80%).
    • Lifting/Moving 0‑20 lbs; Often (20‑50%).
    • Lifting/Moving 20‑50 lbs; Often (20‑50%).
    • Manual Keying/Data Entry/inputting information/computer use; Often (20‑50%).
    • Pushing/Pulling/moving objects, equipment with wheels; Occasional (…)
But the last bullet incomplete; we need to capture full text: "Pushing/Pulling/moving objects, equipment with wheels; Occasional (" then cut off. The original: "Pushing/Pulling/moving objects, equipment with wheels; Occasional (". It seems truncated. We'll keep as is? Might be incomplete; better to omit incomplete bullet. We'll stop before that. Thus we list up to Manual Keying. Now Qualifications section.

    Qualifications

    • Property Adjuster Trainee: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Property Adjuster I: High School Diploma or GED and two years of claims handling experience, or equivalent required; or High School Diploma or GED and successful completion of ERIE sponsored formal education; or Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • Property Adjuster II: High School Diploma or GED and five years of claims handling experience, or equivalent required; or Bachelor’s Degree and two years of claims handling experience, or equivalent required.
    • Additional Experience: Incumbent must live in territory assigned unless a change is approved by the company.
    • Designations and/or Licenses: Willingness to pursue and complete Technical Learning Center Training required. Successful completion of AIC 33 and AIC 35 preferred. Willingness to obtain and maintain any required licenses.
We might duplicate the territory requirement; but it's okay. Skills section: from "Capabilities Values Diversity Nimble Learning Self-Development Collaborates Customer Focus Information Management Skills Cultivates Innovation Optimizes Work Processes (IC) Job-Specific Knowledge Instills Trust Ensures Accountability Decision Quality". That's a list of capabilities/values. We'll format as bullet list.

    Skills

    • Diversity
    • Nimble Learning
    • Self‑Development
    • Collaboration
    • Customer Focus
    • Information Management
    • Cultivates Innovation
    • Optimizes Work Processes
    • Job‑Specific Knowledge
    • Instills Trust
    • Ensures Accountability
    • Decision Quality
Benefits section: we have a detailed list.

    • Low contributions to medical and prescription premiums; Erie pays up to 97% of employees’ monthly premium costs.

We should not include Schedule section because not specified. We must ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We must not include any markdown fences. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's double-check for any boilerplate left: We removed "At Erie Insurance, you’re not just part of a Fortune 500 company; you’re also a valued member of a diverse and inclusive team that includes more than 6,000 employees and over 13,000 independent agencies. Our Employees work in the Home
