About the role
The primary location for this position is in or near Fort Dodge, Iowa. This position is based out of your home with a company-provided vehicle for travel to claim sites. Grinnell Mutual offers a flexible work environment and paid holidays where the office is closed. The Reinsurance Adjusting Program provides in-depth training to all new employees, tailored to the individual’s experience level and needs. The Property Claims Adjuster-Inspector adjusts property claims as part of the Reinsurance Adjuster Program for assigned mutuals, determining coverage, evaluating loss, and settling claims according to Grinnell Mutual Claims procedures.
