Who We're Looking For

• Licensed P&C agent and, OR "Life-Health" licensed—Georgia resident only.
• Disciplined, coachable, and driven to win (not to clock-watch).
• In office position- no remote.
• If remote training is required, you will train in office and become a master in the quoting online process.

What You'll Do

• Sell home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies to AAA members in GA & TN.
• Work provided leads + outbound follow-ups.
• Collect/review declination pages to sell based on real needs — not guessing.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver a member-first experience.
• Stay current on product offerings and industry compliance.

Compensation Snapshot

• W-2 Base: $3,000/month + bonus potential.
• Life: 40% of agency's commission on Life (Term, Whole Life, IUL's polices).
