Maintain cleanliness and organization

Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, hallways, stairwells, and exterior spaces.

Assist Housekeeping

• Aid Housekeeping with light tasks as needed to support daily operations.
• Remove trash and recycling from designated areas.
• Help with seasonal setup, breakdown, and general property upkeep.

Identify and Report Concerns

• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

Support Teamwork

• Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and guest-ready.
• Support the Housekeeping team with special projects as assigned.

Personal Qualities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling needs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.
