Property Accountant
TSCG, a third-party commercial real estate company, is seeking a Property Accountant to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (Cobb Galleria Office Park). Since 1984, our retail real estate platform has provided advisory services to tenants, landlords, developers, investors, and financial institutions across the eastern U.S. With 20 offices, we are the largest firm in our field in the United States.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Yardi experience preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and clients
- Must pass a background check and provide references

Responsibilities
- Maintain multiple property accounts for multiple clients
- Manage and organize a high-volume email inbox
- Accurately record income, expenses, and changes in assets/liabilities monthly
- Review reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and applicable schedules
- Monitor cash balances and perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Review and prepare cash funding requests
- Prepare and review monthly/quarterly financial statements
- Assist property management in the annual budget process
- Update projected cash analysis schedules throughout the year
- Review and calculate annual operating expense recoveries (CAM reconciliation)
- Maintain tenant ledgers and assist with tenant disputes
- Calculate and prepare management fees
- Monitor tenant sales reporting and calculate percentage rent
- Review and prepare monthly distributions to equity partners
- Participate in client calls and email correspondences
