About the role
Property Accountant is responsible for managing financial transactions related to property management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for property management.
- Handle budgeting and forecasting for properties.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
- Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred.
- Knowledge of property management software.
