Property Accountant is responsible for managing financial transactions related to property management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for property management.
• Handle budgeting and forecasting for properties.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
• Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
