Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of 10–12 properties as a Property Accountant
- Handle month-end close, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee cash management: AP review, bill processing, and cash flow analysis
- Present financials and support calls; act as a client-facing Property Accountant
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Property Accountant within multifamily real estate
- Proven ability to produce financial statements as a Property Accountant
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting
- Yardi experience preferred for a Property Accountant
