Key Responsibilities For The Property Accountant
- Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of approximately 20 properties
- Perform month-end close activities and account reconciliations
- Process AP invoices and manage tenant receivables
- Handle CAM reporting and lease administration
- Assist with tenant billing inquiries and account maintenance
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting schedules
Qualifications For The Property Accountant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, AP, and AR
- Property management, real estate accounting, or Yardi experience preferred
Salary: $75,000-$90,000
