Property Accountant

About the role

Soni is hiring a Property Accountant to oversee the financial operations of a portfolio of properties. This individual will ensure the accuracy of financial records, manage day-to-day accounting tasks, and support both internal teams and external partners. This is a hands-on role for someone detail-oriented, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a solid background in property accounting—particularly in multifamily real estate.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client service.
• Self-starter who can handle multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Pay

$65,000 - $75,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
