Propane Service Manager - Starkville Gas

About the role

The Propane Service Manager is responsible for managing the propane delivery and service operations in the Starkville area. This individual will ensure that all customers are satisfied with their propane supply and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage propane deliveries and services to residential and commercial customers.
• Ensure prompt and efficient service to all customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding propane usage and billing.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on propane equipment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and community members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
