Prop 28 Support Worker - Color Guard Head Coach

About the role

A dedicated and trained coach is needed to oversee the Color Guard team at Estancia High School. The coach will provide expert instruction that facilitates the learning and development of the Color Guard team. The coaching position focuses on guiding and supporting students in the development of technique, choreography, movement, and performance safety. This role requires consistent, high-quality instruction that aligns with Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) standards and supports students' artistic and personal growth. The coach will provide a safe, welcoming, and structured environment for all students.

Requirements

• Dedicated and trained coach
• Experience with Color Guard or related field
• Ability to work with students to develop their skills and confidence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with high school students
• Knowledge of VAPA standards
